FRHRP provides employability skills training
and/or work experience placements to prepare
youth for employment. Specific outcomes for
the project will depend on the individual
project goals, but it is expected that they
will improve the participants’ general
employability and result in direct
employment placement.
Eligible
Participants
Participants must be:
youth, 18 to 30 years of age
in receipt of income assistance
must be unemployed
Duration
Project duration is negotiable, up to 26 weeks.
Individual client participation varies depending on
the project activities.
Financial Assistance
Participants will receive a wage while participating
in the work experience program.
